  • 1.备好图中材料(夏天有嫩姜的话,更好,没有我就用老姜)
  • 2.姜和青菜,洗干净,晾干水分
  • 3.晾好的姜片和青菜,折短放入盆中
  • 4.放入50克的盐,搅拌均匀,腌制变软
  • 5.腌制好的青菜
  • 6.放入300克的糟辣酱
  • 7.再滴入适量,约一小瓶盖的56℃二锅头,一起搅拌均匀
  • 8.装入密封的坛中,腌制3-5天即可。
