香甜可口——糯米红枣粽子

Steps to make 香甜可口——糯米红枣粽子

  • 1.粽叶洗净,蒸20分钟,捞出来用水浸泡。
  • 2.糯米浸泡8小时。
  • 3.红枣洗净。
  • 4.冰糖120克。
  • 5.把所有材料准备好,拿两片粽叶重叠好,放入两勺糯米、冰糖和红枣,再放两勺糯米。
  • 6.包严实缠上线。
  • 7.放入锅中,加水没过粽子5公分。大火烧开后,转中火2个半小时即可。
  • 8.关火后焖2小时,捞出来晾凉即可。
  • 9.剥开粽叶后,即可享用。
