  • 1.备食材
  • 2.腐捏碎调入胡椒粉 五香粉 葱花
  • 3.放盐、碱
  • 4.搅拌均匀 静置2小时
  • 5.酸萝卜切丁, 鱼腥草切成8毫米的短节和小葱花 香菜 姜末共置一碗,调入酱油 醋
  • 6.放花椒粉
  • 7.放辣椒面
  • 8.放入香油兑好蘸汁
  • 9.用双手交替捏成核桃大小的圆子
  • 10.锅入油,烧至七成热,酱豆腐圆子沿锅边挨个下入油锅中
  • 11.保持中小火炸制,炸制过程中勤用筷子翻动,
  • 12.待所有圆子炸至金黄色、浮在油上面
  • 13.迅速捞出控油,即成。
