凉拌豆皮

Steps to make 凉拌豆皮

  • 1.吃火锅剩下的干豆皮。
  • 2.干豆皮剪成小块,提前用清水浸泡。
  • 3.准备食材。蒜头切末,香菜切小段,小米辣切圈,葱切碎。
  • 4.锅里烧点清水,水开后倒入豆皮焯水3分钟左右。
  • 5.豆皮焯好捞出过凉水,沥干水分。
  • 6.碗中加入蒜末、葱花、小米辣,一勺白芝麻,一勺辣椒面,淋入滚烫的热油激发出香味。
  • 7.加一匙盐,半匙鸡精,一勺白糖,三勺生抽,一勺香醋,半勺香油,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.凉拌汁这样就做好啦,非常万能,不管拌什么都非常香。
  • 9.拿一个大碗,把豆皮、香菜和凉拌汁倒入,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.多搅拌一会,拌均匀。
  • 11.成品。凉拌豆皮就做好了,非常香,可以吃好几盘。
