迷你薄烤夹心松饼
一般的松饼都会加泡打粉,而我个人比较崇尚自然,无添加。可做早餐,可做小点心,可做下午茶。
根据我自己的一些经验,靠蛋白完全可以撑起,所以我没有做过加泡打粉的,也没有加油。这次做这个迷你薄烤三明治松饼,果酱的味道很棒,后来加了新鲜打的淡奶油,加起来味道是完美啊!!

Steps to make 迷你薄烤夹心松饼

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.把蛋黄 牛奶 低筋面粉 少量盐 5g糖,搅拌均匀
  • 3.将粉浆过筛,可不过
  • 4.蛋白 15g糖。分三次加糖,打至湿性发泡就可以了
  • 5.将三分之一的蛋白拌入粉浆
  • 6.然后将粉浆倒入剩下的蛋白中,由上往下的拌均
  • 7.在锅里抹一点点的油,小火煎薄饼
  • 8.最后抹上果酱,两片叠在一起,就完成了
