Steps to make 黑芝麻汤圆

  • 1.食材:水磨糯米粉。
  • 2.食材:熟黑芝麻粉、猪油、白砂糖。(熟黑芝麻粉可买现成的,也可自己买生黑芝麻,炒熟后打成粉,即可。)
  • 3.熟黑芝麻粉、猪油和白砂糖混合均匀。(猪油不用加热化开,直接加入,用手揉搓均匀)
  • 4.1、糯米粉加适量水揉成糯米面团。2、取大约50g的糯米面团,入锅煮熟后,与原来的面团混合,再揉匀揉成团,即可。(加入熟面团的量要视具体情况而定,先加大约50g,若是还无法揉成光滑的面团,就再次加入50g熟面团,直到揉成光滑面团为止。)
  • 5.揉匀的面团。
  • 6.把面团分为大小适中的剂子,放入食品袋中存放,以免造成干裂,无法包制汤圆。(面剂子的大小适中,就是按照大家喜好,喜欢吃大汤圆就包大的,喜欢吃小汤圆就包小的。)
  • 7.1、取一个面剂子,捏成中间后,边口稍薄的形状。2、用勺子背面或扁平用具涂抹馅料,就像我们吃面包时,抹黄油那样涂抹。(这样涂抹比把馅料先团成团再包容易操作。)
  • 8.包入馅料,用手的虎口处把口收小收拢。
  • 9.封口包死,并在封口处形成一个剂头。
  • 10.掐去剂头。
  • 11.把汤圆搓揉成圆形即可。
