    Steps to make 菠萝果酱

    • 1.菠萝洗净切小块,加入适量白糖进行腌制。
    • 2.释放出果汁和果胶。
    • 3.放入料理机中打成糊状。
    • 4.倒入不锈钢锅中。
    • 5.加少许柠檬汁,用小火熬制,边熬边搅动。
    • 6.待水份减少,加入一勺麦芽糖
    • 7.继续熬至粘稠即可。
    • 8.糖的多少根据个人口味添加,我一般都是糖和麦芽糖加起来大概是水果净果肉的一半,糖本身就是防腐剂,多了保质期也就长了。柠檬汁可以调节果酱的味道,没有加点白醋也行。麦芽糖则可以增加果酱的粘稠度。 保存时,玻璃瓶子用开水煮几分钟,控干后将果酱趁热倒入瓶子中,然后将瓶子倒扣,放凉后瓶口朝上放冰箱存放。
