  • 1.原料。提前用100克面粉,200克温水,3克酵母发好的面糊。
  • 2.红薯泥。
  • 3.把红薯泥,胡萝卜末,香菜末都放入发面糊里。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.电饼铛抹油加热,在心形煎蛋模具内侧抹油后舀入米糊煎制。
  • 6.煎至两面金黄即可。
  • 7.吃的时候撒糖粉或淋蜂蜜都行。
