  • 1.准备好鸡腿;用小刀在鸡腿上划几刀便于腌制时充分入味。
  • 2.准备好调味料。
  • 3.生抽倒入鸡腿中,拌匀。
  • 4.孜然粉、烤肉粉、黑胡椒粉放入碗中,加入红酒调匀。
  • 5.调好的腌料倒入碗中,充分将鸡腿揉匀;装入保鲜袋,入冰箱腌制24小时入味。
  • 6.腌好的鸡腿放入微波烤盘。
  • 7.烤盘送入微波炉;调至微波烘烤档,烤5分钟,取出翻面;再烤5分钟,刷上一层调料,再烤5分钟即熟。
