    • 1.所需食材:鲳鱼、葱、姜、料酒、烧烤料、盐、辣椒粉。
    • 2.鲳鱼清理干净斜欹菱形花刀。
    • 3.料酒少许。
    • 4.十三香少许。
    • 5.盐少许。
    • 6.两面涂抹均匀码入底味。
    • 7.葱、姜用手拍一下或撰一撰。
    • 8.放到鱼里腌制1小时以上。
    • 9.去掉葱姜撒一点面粉涂抹均匀。
    • 10.热锅热油小火两面煎到定型。
    • 11.烧烤料+辣椒粉+盐配个料。
    • 12.撒到鱼上面,翻面还要撒一遍,要两面都有烧烤料,要确保烧烤料都被加热过没有生料。
