我家安宝总体来说算是不挑食的,西红柿做成意面酱、披萨酱、煮面疙瘩等都会吃,可是偏偏就是不喜欢直接吃番茄,我也不知道这是什么怪毛病。看他那么喜欢吃披萨,我今天就做了个芝士焗番茄,想试试看他会不会吃,没想到结果大大让我满意,挑食的小家伙不仅把内馅吃了,就连这个番茄碗也啃掉,不错不错,以后就用这招治他。

  • 干香菇2朵
  • 洋葱45g
  • 冠利腌绿辣椒1个
  • 马苏里拉芝士70g
  • 少许

Steps to make 芝士焗番茄

  • 1.准备好食材;
  • 2.干香菇提前浸泡发开;
  • 3.将香菇、洋葱洗干净切成丁,肉肠、冠利腌绿辣椒也切丁,备用;
  • 4.锅热后倒入适量玉米油,倒入洋葱翻炒出香味;
  • 5.倒入肉肠翻炒至变色;
  • 6.倒入香菇丁、腌绿辣椒丁煸炒熟,快出锅的时候加入少许盐翻炒均匀;
  • 7.冷却至不烫手后倒入马苏里拉芝士搅拌均匀;
  • 8.番茄洗净切去顶部,挖出番茄肉,做好番茄碗;
  • 9.将洋葱肉肠等的芝士混合物装入到番茄碗中;
  • 10.烤箱选择烘烤模式,上下管温度都是200度,时间设置为20分钟,按启动键后烤箱会自动进入预热模式;
  • 11.烤盘上铺一层锡箔纸,放入装好内馅的番茄碗,移入烤箱,按启动键开始烘烤熟;
  • 12.出炉后撒上适量黑胡椒粉即可;
  • 13.成品颜色鲜艳,让人垂涎欲滴哦。
