Steps to make 红糖黑芝麻戚风——健康养生戚风

  • 1.蛋黄中加入红糖,搅打至红糖融化,红糖会有一些小块,可以事先捣碎或压碎。
  • 2.加入色拉油搅打均匀,再加入牛奶搅打均匀。
  • 3.加入黑芝麻粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉搅拌均匀。
  • 5.蛋白低速打至粗泡,加入1/3砂糖,打至泡沫细腻加入1/3砂糖,打至湿性发泡时加入最后的1/3砂糖,打至干性。
  • 6.取1/3的蛋白霜入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀。
  • 7.再将其全部倒入剩下的蛋白霜中翻拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入模具中,轻震几下,或再用牙签插入划几圈,有助去除大气泡。165度中下层40分钟,具体温度时间请根据自家烤箱调整。烤好后底朝下摔一下倒扣晾凉脱模。
