日式炸大虾

Steps to make 日式炸大虾

  • 1.大虾洗净去皮去黑线,尾部壳留着。在虾肚上横画几条浅口,不要切断,拉直虾身。再打散鸡蛋,准备好淀粉和面包糠。
  • 2.大虾滚上淀粉,再蘸上蛋液。
  • 3.最后放入面包糠里滚动,面包糠均匀的包住大虾,成了大虾的一层衣服,炸的时候油就不会跑进去了。
  • 4.用适量的色拉油烧至160-170度,筷子放进去冒泡了就可以了,放入大虾中小火慢慢炸至金黄色,翻个再炸至金黄色,即可出锅。
  • 5.最后调制调味酱,番茄酱中放入适量的辣根酱拌均匀即可,无盐的酱要放点盐。
