  • 1.面粉装入瓷盆。
  • 2.加酵母和适量温水。
  • 3.调成絮状。
  • 4.揉成面团盖盖子发酵。

  • 6.胡椒粉、姜粉、花椒粉、八角粉和盐混合备用。
  • 7.萝卜擦丝。
  • 8.水烧开下锅焯水10秒去萝卜的辣味。
  • 9.捞出锅清水。
  • 10.攥干水分。
  • 11.切成小块。
  • 12.豆腐切片下锅煎。
  • 13.煎至两面金黄。
  • 14.捞出晾凉。
  • 15.切成碎。
  • 16.锅内加油加入葱花爆香。
  • 17.加入调味料炒匀。
  • 18.加入豆腐丁。
  • 19.加入萝卜丝。
  • 20.加入虾皮炒匀。
  • 21.关火加入香油调味。
  • 22.盛出晾凉备用。
  • 23.面团发酵至两倍大。
  • 24.倒扣在案板上。
  • 25.不用揉面,直接用手按平排气。
  • 26.用刀切成等分。边缘可以蒸馒头。
  • 27.撒干面粉。
  • 28.擀成皮。
  • 29.包馅料。
  • 30.包包子。
  • 31.放蒸锅盖盖子二次发酵20分钟。由于排气的时候没有加入干粉揉面团。所以十几分钟就张很大了。
  • 32.冷水起火大火蒸20分钟左右。关火两分钟后取出。
  • 33.装盘。
  • 34.满满的钙。
