    Steps to make 黄焖鸡

    • 1.切好所有食材,青红辣椒,胡萝卜片,蒜段,蒜粒,姜片,香菇先用温水泡软洗净再切。
    • 2.鸡腿,鸡翅,鸡爪洗净,斩块,不能斩太小,煮完会缩水。
    • 3.把鸡肉加点料酒焯水洗去浮沫。
    • 4.锅中热油,倒入鸡肉。
    • 5.调入适量酱油,盐,炒匀上色。
    • 6.放入蒜粒,姜片,炒香后过至砂锅。
    • 7.兑水,水盖过鸡肉即好。
    • 8.另热点油,把香油炒香。
    • 9.香菇一起放入锅中,大火煮开后,转中火,盖上盖子,焖煮。
    • 10.把所剩食材调点盐炒几下。
    • 11.焖煮至鸡肉收汁汤汁浓稠,放入刚炒几下的所食材,搅匀煮断生即可。
