莲子煲猪肚
【莲子煲猪肚】养颜暖身汤
      猪肚,也就是猪的胃,丰富脂肪蛋白质维生素矿物质,优其是含有大量的维生素A和E,是很棒的养颜食材。
  用猪肚配着莲子煲成汤,调一点儿胡椒粉,暖身暖胃美容养颜。
  猪肚比较难洗,很多朋友都不愿意自己在家做,其实撑握到方法,洗干净很容易的。还是自己洗的更放心些。
买回家的猪肚剪开,清去多余的油脂,用白醋和面粉搓洗,很容易洗干净的。

    孩子体寒,奶奶让米妈给孩子煲猪肚汤,孩子倒也很给面子,吃了不少呢!

    • 1.材料图
    • 2.猪肚用白醋和面粉搓洗干净后切成大片,加葱姜料酒焯一水。
    • 3.将焯好的猪肚洗去浮沫改刀成条。
    • 4.姜切片葱切段。
    • 5.将肚条葱莲子姜红枣放入汤锅。
    • 6.大火烧开转小火煮一个小时。
    • 7.  准备蒜苗碎。
    • 8.用盐和胡椒粉给汤调味
