Steps to make 胡萝卜凉粉

  • 1.1、芭蕉芋粉放水里溶解成水淀粉。
  • 2.2、待芭蕉芋粉沉淀后,把浮在上面的杂质倒了。再放水搅匀再沉淀,反复几次就可除去里面的杂质。
  • 3.3、胡萝卜切成小块放料理机中打成汁。
  • 4.4、打好的胡萝卜汁过滤。
  • 5.5、把过滤好的胡萝卜汁倒入芭蕉芋淀粉碗里并搅匀。
  • 6.6、锅里放入一碗水烧开。
  • 7.7、水开后把芭蕉芋粉搅匀缓缓倒入锅中。
  • 8.8、锅中的凉粉要快速搅匀,以免成团。
  • 9.9、把搅匀的凉粉起锅倒入大碗里放凉即成凉粉。
  • 10.10、把姜、蒜、辣椒放入石臼中捣成泥。香蒜切小段。
  • 11.2、把捣细的姜、蒜、辣椒泥、切细的香菜段一起放入酸菜水碗中,再加入适量的酱油、盐、味精调成味汁。
  • 12.3、凉粉切成2厘米厚的片再切成小块。
  • 13.4、把味汁淋在切好的凉粉上即可食用。
