    Steps to make 蒜蓉酱烤生蚝

    • 1.生蚝开壳后用清水冲洗干净生蚝。
    • 2.姜、蒜、小米椒放入搅拌器中搅拌成碎。
    • 3.倒出搅拌好的姜蒜小米椒碎,放入适量的油、盐、蚝油、料酒、生抽搅拌均匀。
    • 4.调好的拌料铺在生蚝的表层上。
    • 5.放入到烤箱中层,上下火200度烘烤20分钟。
    • 6.前20分钟用锡纸盖上烤,取开锡纸再烤5分钟即可出炉。
