Steps to make 抹茶汤圆

  • 1.主料: 糯米粉、抹茶粉 。
  • 2. 提前准备黑芝麻馅料:炒熟的黑芝麻加适量白糖用料理机粉碎,加适量香油拌匀,冷藏2小时后即可使用。
  • 3.把糯米粉、抹茶粉放入盆中。
  • 4. 加适量温水搅拌成面穗。
  • 5. 将其和成软面团。饧发20分钟即可。
  • 6. 取一块面团按扁。
  • 7.放入适量馅料。
  • 8. 轻轻的转圈收口。
  • 9. 捏严后团成球状。
  • 10. 滚蘸一层干粉,防粘。
  • 11.依次方法全部包完。
  • 12. 锅烧开水,放入汤圆煮制5分钟左右,煮制过程中要用勺子轻轻推动,防止糊底粘连。汤圆漂浮后即可关火。
  • 13. 出锅盛入碗中,即可上桌品味。
