    • 1.排骨氽水煮去血沫。
    • 2.排骨沥出,冷水冲一下。
    • 3.锅内放少许油,倒入排骨煎至微黄。
    • 4.干辣椒,香叶,八角,桂皮。
    • 5.放入四里面的香料,豆瓣酱,生抽,老抽,盐,蚝油,冰糖。
    • 6.加齐排骨的水入锅里烧开。
    • 7.转入高压锅,压10分钟。
    • 8.时间到!把高压锅内的排骨边汤带肉的倒入炒锅内,加鸡精后盖上锅盖焖干汤汗。
    • 9.最后我还加了一点孜然粉,纯属个人爱好来的。
    • 10.顺便烫了点西兰花,懒得再炒青菜了,荤素搭配,哦耶!
