  • 1.青萝卜两根,清洗干净,外皮如果特干净可以不用刮,里面富含矿物质,如果不干净,就刮掉
  • 2.用擦丝器擦粗丝,细丝吃着不如粗丝有口感
  • 3.加少许盐,拌匀静置5分钟,如果有萝卜汁被腌出来,倒掉
  • 4.加一大勺白糖
  • 5.再倒些苹果醋,苹果醋清爽有微甜,没有它也可以加白醋,不要用陈醋,味太浓,色太重
  • 6.拌匀即可食用
  • 7.酸甜开胃,刮油清脂
