  • 小米辣1个

  • 白砂糖10g
  • 陈醋15ml
  • 生抽15ml
  • 油酥花生20g
  • 豆芽50g
  • 老姜1片
  • 半个
  • 小葱1颗
  • 黑胡椒粉10g

Steps to make 川味凉面

  • 1.姜蒜切末后用温水浸泡30分钟。
  • 2.再姜蒜水中加入生抽、醋、白砂糖、黑胡椒粉、盐后调匀备用。
  • 3.小葱、小米辣、油酥花生切碎备用。
  • 4.豆芽汆熟备用。
  • 5.凉面入冰水浸泡5分钟。
  • 6.凉面豆芽依次铺在盘里。
  • 7.倒入调好的酱汁。
  • 8.再浇上一大勺红油辣子。
  • 9.最后撒上葱末、小米辣圈和花生碎即可~(什么?凉面要加麻酱?不存在的~四川只有麻将没有麻酱~~)
