    Steps to make 板栗鸡球煲

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2. 借助剪刀将鸡腿去骨。
    • 3.用肉锤将鸡肉锤松后改刀成一口大小。
    • 4.  加葱段姜片,将鸡肉焯水。
    • 5.青笋去皮,改刀成片。
    • 6.往笋片中加盐抓均匀,加少量清水泡上。
    • 7.  焯好水的鸡肉球。
    • 8.将板栗和鸡肉一同下锅大火烧开后转小火煲一个小时。
    • 9.将好时,将洗好的笋片下锅,加盐和胡椒粉调味。
