  • 鸭胗400克
  • 熟芝麻1匙
  • 熟花生米30克
  • 生抽4大匙
  • 香葱1颗
  • 香菜1颗
  • 蒜蓉2匙
  • 朝天椒1个
  • 香醋1匙
  • 辣椒油1匙
  • 香油半匙
  • 花椒油几滴

Steps to make 口水鸭胗

  • 1.将主材料中的鸭胗洗净。
  • 2.上锅入适量水烧开,放入鸭胗,盖上锅盖煮至断生熟透。(本人用传统高压锅煮8分钟刚好)
  • 3.将煮熟的鸭胗捞起切成片。
  • 4.装盘备用。
  • 5.准备好配料,将葱蒜香菜辣椒洗净切碎,并将花生米一半碾碎。
  • 6.取个小碗,加入花生米葱蒜生抽辣椒油,及所有配料调均拌好成香汁料。
  • 7.将调好的香汁料淋入鸭胗。
