花生红薯糯米粥

  • 1.准备所有食材,花生提前一晚上泡上。
  • 2.蜜薯洗干净去皮切成滚刀块,糯米清洗干净。
  • 3.锅中加水,将花生放进去里面加两滴油,用勺子多搅动几次。
  • 4.水开后将米下进去烧开。
  • 5.再将蜜薯放进去中小火开始煮粥。
  • 6.大约40分钟左右,粥已经开始浓稠了,这时将枸杞放进去小火煮5分钟就可以了。
  • 7.看着都好吃。
  • 8.一碗既营养又健康的花生红薯糯米粥。
