紫芋是广东街坊喜欢的一种芋,每年的广州芋头文化节热闹非凡,一个紫芋能拍卖到五六十万,还有各种芋头文化的美食品尝。今天就来做一个紫芋炒肉,家常菜,也是粤菜家家户户会做的。用苏泊尔空气翻炸锅做的比较干、香、粉,用普通锅做的比较湿。

  • 酱油2ml
  • 香葱10克

Steps to make 紫芋炒肉

  • 1.紫芋去皮,洗净,切方块;PS:广东的紫芋一个很大,取300克即可
  • 2.猪肉洗净,切片,放盐、油、酱油,拌均;
  • 3.猪肉片放入锅中,煎至微黄;PS:不要加搅拌器;
  • 4.锅里放一点油,把紫芋片放在肉上面;
  • 5.时间设置15分钟;
  • 6.加入盐、酱油翻转一次;
  • 7.香葱拌均即可。
