  • 1.五花肉洗净切方块。
  • 2.葱姜和豆皮准备就绪。
  • 3.肉块入火中焯水,加料酒和姜去腥。
  • 4.豆皮切宽条打成结。
  • 5.炒锅入油放入冰糖炒糖色。
  • 6.加入焯水后的五花肉煸炒出水汽,放入大料和葱姜炒匀。
  • 7.加入白酒,老抽和酱油一起炒匀。
  • 8.加入开水转入高压锅。
  • 9.放入豆皮结,加少许盐调味,压炖二十五分钟,也可慢炖四五十分钟左右,当然也要根据自己做的肉量和锅具而定哦。
  • 10.时间到后关火开锅,再开火收汁,汁别收的太干哦!汁入拌饭简直绝了!
  • 11.撒入熟芝麻就可以享用啦。
