蔓越莓玉米片香脆饼干
名字有点长,只不过为着区别于曾经的葡萄干版。那时候没有蔓越莓,把孟老师的原版改作了葡萄干,而今,来个原版照抄,纯粹是为了倒腾点东西出来,既然有人说,怎么没搞点实在的东西?材料都是现成,又早有此意。
孟老师的手工塑型饼干,要的就是随意的样子,却被连问,怎么不弄好看一点,怎么是这个样子?有些发愣,饼干,就一定是圆的方的,中规中矩的样子?

  • 玉米片30克
  • 蔓越莓干30克
  • 黄油55克
  • 细砂糖45克
  • 全蛋35克
  • 低筋粉80克
  • 泡打粉1/4小勺

Steps to make 蔓越莓玉米片香脆饼干

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将玉米片用手稍微捏碎
  • 3.蔓越莓切碎备用
  • 4.黄油软化,加入细砂糖
  • 5.用打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 6.分次加入蛋液搅打
  • 7.成均匀奶油糊状
  • 8.将低筋粉和泡打粉一起筛入
  • 9.拌成均匀面糊
  • 10.加入玉米片和蔓越莓
  • 11.拌匀
  • 12.用勺取8克左右,直接放在烤盘上
  • 13.放入烤箱,中层,上下火170度,烤20分钟左右,熄火后继续焖10分钟左右
  • 14.出炉
