那些年我们一起追过的韩剧美食——韩式石锅拌饭
曾经韩剧特别流行,我老妈也追过韩剧,不过我倒没怎么看过韩剧,我唯一感兴趣的就是里面的美食了。石锅拌饭我每次去烧烤店必点,不过很少能吃到带锅巴的。实际它的做法一点也不难,咱自己在家就可以做哈

  • 米饭1碗
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 菠菜50克
  • 香菇50克
  • 胡萝卜50克
  • 豆芽30克
  • 紫甘蓝40克
  • 猪肉50克
  • 15ml
  • 韩国辣酱2大勺
  • 苹果醋1勺

  • 1.把各种材料准备好,清洗干净
  • 2.把菠菜切成段,香菇切成片,胡萝卜,紫甘蓝和猪肉分别切成丝
  • 3.把猪肉丝加入适量料酒和酱油腌制一下
  • 4.锅中烧适量水,把菠菜,豆芽和香菇分别焯熟
  • 5.锅中倒入油,分别把胡萝卜和紫甘蓝加入适量盐炒熟
  • 6.用锅中剩下的油下入肉丝煸炒,炒熟盛出
  • 7.用刷子在石锅内壁涂上适量香油
  • 8.然后把米饭和各种蔬菜铺在上面
  • 9.锅里倒入适量油,煎一个单面熟的鸡蛋,撒上适量黑芝麻
  • 10.把煎好的鸡蛋放到菜的中间,用小火慢慢加热石锅,听到滋滋声后关火,锅底会有一层锅巴
  • 11.准备一个小碗,加入2大勺韩国辣椒酱用一勺苹果醋稀释开,和饭拌在一起就可以吃了
  • 12.一不小心就吃多啦哈
