绿豆糕
免烤箱版的做法

  • 熟绿豆粉200g
  • 熟豆油70g
  • 蜂蜜40g
  • 糖粉20g
  • 纯净水20g

Steps to make 绿豆糕

  • 1.蜂蜜、糖粉、纯净水和熟豆油放入盆中拌匀。
  • 2.筛入熟绿豆粉。
  • 3.用手抓成均匀的面团。
  • 4.把面团分成35-50克之间大小的圆球都可以。
  • 5.如果包馅,35克足够了,不包馅,不超过50克就行。
  • 6.揉圆之后放在案板上,用月饼模具压出形状。
  • 7.模具上面写的是10头或者50克,就是可以制作最大50克一个的月饼或者绿豆糕。
  • 8.制作好以后可以直接食用,如果不马上吃可以密封冷藏保存。
  • 9.成品展示。
