香煎糍粑
从小就爱吃软糯食品,尤其经过油煎之后,那外皮酥脆,里面软糯的口感,让人欲罢不能! 今天这款“香煎糍粑”便是我最爱的一道甜点之一,煎好的糍粑配上黑芝麻糖粉,香甜可口回味无穷!

Steps to make 香煎糍粑

  • 1.糯米420g,清洗干净后放入面包桶内,并注入275g清水(糯米无需浸泡)
  • 2.面包机通电后,选择菜单19制作麻薯,摁下开始键,全程所需50分钟(制作糍粑要缩短时间)
  • 3.当糯米煮熟后,进入搅拌程序时,只需搅拌几分钟即可关掉电源(糯米搅拌至半颗粒状)
  • 4.将面包桶取出,并用半干棉布盖上(防止糍粑表面干硬)
  • 5.案板上铺上保鲜膜
  • 6.带上一次性手套,沾点水(防粘)把糍粑取出,放到保鲜膜上进行整形
  • 7.将糍粑整成长条形,并用保鲜膜包裹上放入冰箱冷藏一天左右(用手捏上去比较硬才行)
  • 8.油煎之前调好芝麻糖粉:一勺黑芝麻粉和一勺半糖,搅拌均匀
  • 9. 将放至干硬的糍粑切成块(稍厚点为好)
  • 10.油烧7层热,下入糍粑块中火煎制,煎到两面金黄,外硬里软即可出锅
  • 11.吃的时候撒上黑芝麻糖粉,味道很好哦!
