酸豆角酱乌冬面
之前做的炸酱面都是用肉炸酱,吃起来有点腻。
今天换酸豆角试试还不错,不腻还开味,酸酸的味道.......

  • 红萝卜20克
  • 叉烧50克
  • 2瓣

Steps to make 酸豆角酱乌冬面

  • 1.准备好所有食材。
  • 2.酸豆角、葱、蒜冲洗干净切碎,胡萝卜洗净切片用模具压成型,叉烧切薄片备用。
  • 3.锅内加油烧热下入酸豆角、蒜末。
  • 4.再加入葱伴侣豆瓣酱大火炒香制成炸酱。
  • 5.乌冬面放水中稍洗与胡萝卜片入开水锅中烫熟盛碗中。
  • 6.鸡汤放入锅中烧滚加少许鸡精。
  • 7.将鸡汤淋入面碗中撒上葱花。
  • 8.加入炸酱,摆上叉烧片、胡萝卜片即成。
