炼乳华夫饼
这是一款低热量华夫饼,算是给自己新入电器版华夫饼机开光吧!这个方子比较简单也比较适合控体人群,其实控食才是最好的控体方法,好吧相对而言了。因为家里没有低筋面粉了,方子中我用了80克中筋面粉和40克玉米淀粉代替了100克低筋面粉和20克玉米淀粉,随个人喜好选择了。总之好吃的口感才是硬道理哈!

  • 植物油20g
  • 炼乳30g
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 泡打粉3g
  • 玉米淀粉40g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 中筋面粉80g
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 植物油少许(防粘)

Steps to make 炼乳华夫饼

  • 1.将全部液体倒入盆中;
  • 2.用蛋抽搅拌均匀;
  • 3.将全部粉类混合过筛于液体中;
  • 4.用蛋抽搅拌成面糊;
  • 5.预热好华夫饼机;
  • 6.挖一勺面糊倒入锅中;
  • 7.当面糊均匀地分布时,盖上顶盖;
  • 8.大约三分钟左右烤至两面金黄色;
