  • 1.花蛤用盐水缓净泥沙,刷洗干净外壳备用。
  • 2.小白菜洗净,切段焯水后过凉水备用。
  • 3.粉条洗净提前煮软,在热水里泡开。
  • 4.土豆去皮,切成筷子粗的条。
  • 5.起锅烧油,爆香葱白。
  • 6.放入土豆条后再放半小勺五香粉。
  • 7.土豆变透明放入一勺酱油,一勺蚝油。
  • 8.把煮粉条的热水一起倒进去。
  • 9.煮开后放入花蛤。
  • 10.花蛤开口以后放盐,放焯好的小白菜。
  • 11.煮开尝试一下味道,最后调味道后关火。
  • 12.装盘,撒葱叶和香菜。
