Steps to make 秋葵拌木耳

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.黑木耳提前用温水泡发。之前我也教过大家快速泡发的方法,只需要将黑木耳放入有盖的保鲜盒中,加水和少许白糖,盖上盖子左右摇晃半分钟左右,这样只需要十分钟左右就能迅速泡发。
  • 3.大蒜去皮剁成蒜蓉,小米椒去蒂切成小段,香菜去根洗净切成小段,小葱切成小段。
  • 4.泡发好的黑木耳洗净备用,锅中放入二碗水大火煮开,把黑木耳放入锅中煮开,并转小火煮二分钟捞出沥干水分。
  • 5.锅中放入秋葵再次煮开后捞出备用。
  • 6.秋葵放案板上切成小段。
  • 7.锅加热放入少许食用油加热至油温七成热。
  • 8.将蒜蓉和小米椒放入大碗中,倒入刚烧好的热油。
  • 9.碗中放入一汤匙生抽、半汤匙香醋、十克白糖和三克盐并搅拌至糖融化。
  • 10.将黑木耳和秋葵放入锅中,放入香菜和小葱,淋上调好的料汁。
  • 11.搅拌均匀即可。
  • 12.美味的秋葵拌木耳就做好了。
