Steps to make 【清蒸桂花鱼】----年年有余

  • 1.盘底摆上几片姜。
  • 2.鱼洗净,两面抹上适量盐和生粉。腌制一会。
  • 3.放入盘内。
  • 4.入蒸锅。
  • 5.切好蒜蓉,红椒丝,葱丝。
  • 6.蒸至鱼眼珠突出,即肉已熟,就关火,摆上红椒丝,盖上焖一会。
  • 7.锅内热油,爆香蒜蓉。
  • 8.调入生抽、盐、蚝油,按口味放。倒入蒸鱼蒸出的水分。煮开关火。
  • 9.摆上葱丝。
  • 10.把调煮好的料汁淋在上面即可。
