戚风香蕉蛋糕卷
蛋糕卷一直受身边亲朋友好有的亲睐,戚风蛋糕卷吃起来也很绵软,夹馅也是可以根据个人口味调整,加果酱,加水果,只加奶油,都很随意。怎么吃都觉得那么好吃。

  • 牛奶40克
  • 细砂糖65克
  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 淡奶油200克
  • 糖粉20克
  • 香蕉2根

Steps to make 戚风香蕉蛋糕卷

  • 1.蛋黄和蛋清分离,蛋黄里加入3分之1的细砂糖20克,加入植物油和牛奶
  • 2.搅拌均匀
  • 3.再筛入低筋面粉
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.蛋清分三次加入剩余的3分之2的细砂糖45克,打发至湿性状态
  • 6.取三分之一的蛋白霜与蛋黄糊混合
  • 7.混合均匀后倒回到剩余的3分之2的蛋白霜中,切拌均匀
  • 8.倒入烤盘,刮平
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火。180度20分钟(依自家烤箱温度决定)
  • 10.烤好后,取出倒扣,撕去油纸,再把油纸盖在蛋糕体表面,让其散热
  • 11.奶油加糖粉打发至硬性
  • 12.抹在蛋糕体上面,再放上香蕉
  • 13.顺势卷起
  • 14.放入冰箱冷藏至定型,即可切开食用。
