苏式五仁月饼

Steps to make 苏式五仁月饼

  • 1.将水油皮面团的所有配料混合揉成光滑的面团。用保鲜膜包起来。将油酥面团的所有配料也混合揉成面团。
  • 2.将水油皮面团和油酥面团分别分成大小均等的10份,并静置松弛15分钟左右。
  • 3.取一个小的水油皮面团,在手掌上压扁,包入油酥面团。包好的面团收口朝上放在案板上。包好的面团醒发20分钟。
  • 4.取一醒好的面团用擀面杖把面团擀成长椭圆形。擀好的面片,从外往内卷起来。
  • 5.把卷好的面团,再次用擀面杖擀成长椭圆形面片。和第4步一样,再次把面片卷起来。
  • 6.将卷好的面团用手压成圆形的面片。将五仁馅放在面片中央,并包起来。将包好的面团收口朝下放在烤盘上。
  • 7.依次做好所有的月饼面团以后,在面团表面刷一层蛋黄。再在面团表面撒上一些白芝麻或者黑芝麻。
  • 8.把烤盘放进200度预热好的烤箱,200度,中层,烤20-25分钟,表面金黄色即可出炉。
