菠菜汁包子
自己做的包子,比较舍得用好的面粉,不需要添加剂,一样可以做出美味包子,只为健康!

  • 低筋面粉500g
  • 高活性发酵粉3g
  • 猪油1勺(食用油)
  • 白糖40g
  • 菠菜200g
  • 食用小苏打2g

Steps to make 菠菜汁包子

  • 1.菠菜去梗,洗净……
  • 2.水开,焯水1~2分钟,捞出来,放入冰水中。
  • 3.加水,放入榨汁机榨汁。
  • 4.拿网过滤,去渣,得到菠菜汁后,放2克食用小苏打,固色!
  • 5.用盆子装面粉,面粉中倒入白糖、猪油,温水化开酵母粉后,混合菠菜汁慢慢倒入面粉中,边倒边用筷子搅拌,拌至絮状,无干粉后,揉成光滑面团!
  • 6.放在盆里,盖上湿毛巾或袋子,发酵至两倍大!
  • 7.发酵好的面团呈网状。
  • 8.取出,排气,揉成原来的面团。
  • 9.切成大小均匀的小剂子。
  • 10.小剂子按扁,用面杖滚圆,包入馅料。
  • 11.包好后,盖上盖子,再次醒发至1.5倍大,拿起来,很轻盈的状态!
  • 12.水开,上锅隔水蒸8分钟左右,关火,2分钟后,再开锅盖即可!
  • 13.我做了紫薯馅的。
  • 14.可以这样做。
  • 15.还可以用来印花。
