蔓越莓酥条
平时我很少做饼干,大部分饼干含黄油非常多,不是儿子喜欢的点心,我也心疼黄油的用量,做面包一次二三十克,饼干多好几倍,买的都是顶级黄油,万一出个岔子,那才叫心疼。不过有些点心类的既有饼干的口感,也不用太多的黄油,吃起来不腻倒也是可以推荐的,我总是以儿子爱吃作为好饼干的标准哈。

  • 小苏打1克

Steps to make 蔓越莓酥条

  • 1.黄油室温软化。
  • 2.加入白糖。
  • 3.用打蛋器打至颜色发白。
  • 4.分次加入蛋液打匀。
  • 5.加入低粉搓匀。
  • 6.加入切碎的蔓越莓揉匀。
  • 7.放在两层保鲜膜之间擀平,约半公分厚。
  • 8.切条,要想切得工整漂亮也冷冻一小时。
  • 9.放入烤盘,中间留缝隙,表面刷一层蛋液,入预热的烤箱中层上下火175度约20分钟。
