  • 4.利用炖煮的时间~将西红柿、洋葱切成大块待用。
  • 5.锅烧热油,加入姜片爆炒出香味。
  • 6.加入大块洋葱进行翻炒。
  • 7.加入西红柿块,炒至微微变软。
  • 8.加入冰糖老抽酱油2~3勺。
  • 9.蚝油4~5勺。
  • 10.米醋2~3勺。
  • 11.糖2~3小勺,然后翻炒均匀。
  • 12.将牛腩肉加入其中,再加适量清水。
  • 13.大约能超过食材,然后大火焖煮,汤汁收缩至原有的一半即可。
