明天就是2011年的最后一天了,虽然说距离农历年还有二十来天,可是走进超市,看到走道里摆满了各种年货,让没有什么时候概念的我瞬间感觉到新年已经非常非常地近了……

记得小时候特别盼望过年,过年就意味着有新衣服、有许多平常日子里可望而不可及的好吃的东西、有一般日子里不会去燃放的鞭炮,最最关键的是有压岁钱拿。那时候的我像个假小子,特别喜欢放炮,大人总担心我在点燃鞭炮的时候会伤到手,于是,爸爸点上一根很长的香,我就颤颤微微、满怀着莫名的激动与一种说不清的自豪亲手点燃了我们家那些年里辞旧迎新的鞭炮。那时候的我们是多么地单纯与快乐啊!

如今长大为人妻为人母了,所有的快乐与幸福都与我深受的家人紧紧紧紧地联系了起来。他们欢笑,我就开心;他们忧愁,我就惆怅。但总的来说,2011年里我们获得了许多。我们有了自己真正意义上的家,有了自己的房子。我们把宝贝从她爷爷奶奶身边接了过来,与我们一起生活,一起成长……

憧憬一下未来,有那么多那么多的愿望和理想要去奋斗和实现。总感觉在这样热烈而又令人心情有点雀跃的时间里,需要来一些能表达心情的食物。

  • 糯米粉少量
  • 蜂蜜1勺

Steps to make 甜品版——金玉满(膛)堂

  • 1.山药洗净外皮的泥土,入锅大火蒸约二十分钟。
  • 2.晾至不烫手时剥去外皮,装入保鲜袋内用擀面杖敲打成细腻的山药泥。
  • 3.加少量糯米粉搅拌均匀,加糯米粉的量以山药泥给团成球为准,如果是面山药的话就可以不加。
  • 4.小金南瓜在四分之一处切开,处理成锯齿形边。
  • 5.入锅蒸十五分钟。
  • 6.利用切割下来的多余部分的南瓜肉,团成八个小圆球备用。
  • 7.处理好的山药泥也团成小球。
  • 8.入开水中,大火汆一分钟捞出。
  • 9.装入蒸好的南瓜盅中。
  • 10.金桔柠檬汁倒入小锅中,加热。
  • 11.晾至温热时加入一勺蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  • 12.淋入南瓜盅中即可趁热食用。
