  • 4.加入盐调拌卤料
  • 5.煮熟的鸡蛋去壳
  • 6.放进一个深一些大大碗内,倒入卤料汁浸泡
  • 7.整个卤料要没过鸡蛋,浸泡过程中,记得勤翻面儿,让鸡蛋上色均匀
