  • 1.将糯米粉和玉米淀粉混合均匀,然后分成两部分。
  • 2.一小部分加入红曲粉混合均匀。
  • 3.分别加入热水,酌情一点点添加,将粉混合成雪花状即小团状。
  • 4.将小团揉成光滑的面团。
  • 5.揉好的白色面团和粉色面团。
  • 6.将白色面团和粉色面团各分成五个圆球。
  • 7.粉色的圆球加到白色的圆球上,用手指摁实。在链接处,加点水,合成猫爪形。
  • 8.水煮开后,用小火。加入汤圆,煮至浮到水面上,保持半分钟后,关火捞出。
  • 9.粉嫩嫩的猫爪汤圆就做好了,是不是萌萌哒呢。
