  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.干豆丝用开水泡软,清洗干净后沥干水分备用。
  • 3.紫甘兰和香菜洗净,分别改刀成丝和段。
  • 4.葱和蒜瓣切末,另外放入小碗中。
  • 5.炒锅中烧油,至冒大烟时铲出淋入葱和蒜末中。
  • 6.加适量生抽和香醋。
  • 7.加入食盐调味。
  • 8.淋入少许香油。
  • 9.加少许凉白开,充分搅拌均匀,至食盐融化,调料汁就调好了。
  • 10.调料汁倒入处理好的菜中,充分拌匀,即可上桌。
