  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.金针菇开水里汆烫几十秒。
  • 3.捞出铺在盘底。
  • 4.牛肉片汆水捞出待用。
  • 5.热锅凉油,煸香葱姜,加入剁椒,泡椒。
  • 6.加入适量的高汤烧开。
  • 7.过滤,捞出汤里面的所有配料。
  • 8.加入汆好的牛肉片,加少许盐,白醋烧开。
  • 9.再全部倒进铺了金针菇的盘子里,表面淋点热油。
  • 10.再加点剁椒,香菜点缀就可以。
