苏打饼干

  • 低筋面粉150g

  • 小苏打1g
  • 10g
  • 植物油45g
  • 酵母2g
  • 温水60g

Steps to make 苏打饼干

  • 1.60g温水中加入酵母,静置一会儿
  • 2.粉类混合过筛到大碗中,加入盐、小苏打、糖混合均匀
  • 3.倒入酵母水,用筷子稍稍混合一下
  • 4.倒入植物油
  • 5.用刮刀翻拌成团,放入保鲜膜发酵半小时左右
  • 6.发酵好的面团取出,用擀面杖擀成薄薄的面片,用模具压出喜欢的形状
  • 7.放入烤盘,用叉子在饼干表面扎一些小孔。烤箱180度预热。放入预热好的烤箱12分钟左右
  • 8.棉花糖切碎备用
  • 9.取出烤好的饼干,铺上适量的棉花糖,放回烤箱,烤一会儿,待棉花糖稍稍融化即可。取出盖上另外一片饼干,搞定喽。
