Steps to make 啤酒焖罗非鱼

  • 1.罗非鱼,清洗干净,两面打花刀令鱼更易入味易熟透。
  • 2.锅中加入比平时炒菜要多一些的油。
  • 3.油六七成熟时把鱼放下去煎至金黄。
  • 4.中小火煎约8分钟左右翻另一面,金黄色好漂亮。
  • 5.切几片姜,六粒蒜头。
  • 6.鱼煎至两面金黄后,把姜片,蒜头下去煸香。
  • 7.然后放1勺黄豆酱。
  • 8.半罐啤酒。
  • 9.大火烧开,盖盖中小火焖煮8分钟。
  • 10.时间到,打开盖子,非常香有啤酒的香味。
  • 11.把鱼先盛上碟,剩下汤汁,加少许生粉水大火收汁。
  • 12.把香浓酱汁浇在鱼身上即可。
  • 13.切点点葱放上面点缀一下。
