今天去看见挺新鲜的,就买了条回来,没有想到味道挺好的...........

Details of ingredients

  • 金鲳鱼一条
  • 豆瓣酱30g
  • 小葱10g
  • 生姜10g
  • 大蒜20g
  • 料酒1茶勺
  • 生抽1茶勺
  • 老抽一茶勺
  • 一汤勺
  • 白糖1汤勺
  • 陈醋1茶勺
  • 干淀粉2茶勺

Steps to make 干煸金昌鱼

  • 1.昌鱼去除内脏和鱼鳃,清洗干净,备用
  • 2.用厨房纸或者纸巾把金昌鱼表面的水分吸干,两面划十字花刀
  • 3.表面再均匀的拍一层干淀粉
  • 4.生姜切片,大葱切丝,蒜切末备用
  • 5.不粘锅烧热,放入少许油,烧制七成热
  • 6.放入金昌鱼小火煎至

  • 8.一面煎好再翻面煎至,翻得过程要小心哦
  • 9.煎好的鱼盛出备用
  • 10.锅洗干净,锅内上油,放入葱姜蒜爆香
  • 11.放入豆瓣酱继续炒香
  • 12.将煎好的鱼放入锅内,放入料酒,陈醋,加盐,白糖,生抽和老抽,适量的水
  • 13.大火烧开后转中火,加盖炖煮十分钟左右
  • 14.开盖后大火收汁至浓稠即可装盘,表面撒小葱末即可
  • 15.没有想到味道还挺好的,虽然第一次烧这个,连一向怕辣的儿子也很买单一个劲儿的叫着辣,还是要吃
