Steps to make 美味山楂酱

  • 1.山楂泡盐水10分钟,再用清水洗两遍
  • 2.去蒂去核
  • 3.将山楂入破壁机中,加适量的清水
  • 4.启动“蔬菜浓汤”程序,打成浓稠的山楂果糊
  • 5.将果糊倒入不粘锅中,小火熬到浓稠状
  • 6. 加入白糖,继续小火熬煮
  • 7.待熬到自己满意的状态时,挤入半个新鲜柠檬汁,再继续熬煮5分钟左右
  • 8.熬好的山楂果酱粘稠,挑起后能缓慢垂落
  • 9.将山楂果酱盛入开水煮烫过的保鲜盒或者瓶中,冰箱冷藏封存
  • 10.可放入小容器内,随吃随取,更利于保存
  • 11.酸酸甜甜,真开胃
  • 12.好吃
